Refund, Return & Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing Tech Bros Exchange. We are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as it explains our return, refund, and warranty terms.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
We only accept returns in the following cases:
• The item received was not as described
• The item arrived defective or damaged
❌ We do NOT accept returns for:
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Incorrect phone model or compatibility chosen by the customer
• Ordering mistakes or change of mind
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the correct size and model compatibility before purchasing. Due to the nature of our accessories, incorrect orders cannot be resold. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.
Return Conditions
If a return request is approved, the following conditions apply:
• The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Initiating a Return
To request a return, contact us at info@techbrosexchange.com and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the problem
If your return is approved, we will provide a return address.
⚠ Important:
• We do not provide prepaid return labels
• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Damaged Items on Arrival
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
6-Month Limited Warranty (Normal Use)
All protective cases sold by Tech Bros Exchange are covered by a 6-month limited warranty for defects under normal use. What qualifies as normal use:
• Visible defects
• Premature wear
• Scuffing or material failure that occurs during everyday use
What is NOT covered:
• Damage caused by heavy impact, drops, or severe falls
• Intentional damage or misuse
Protective cases are designed to absorb impact and may show damage after a significant fall — this is considered expected behavior and does not qualify as a defect.
If a case shows signs of a manufacturing defect during normal use within the 6-month period, we will replace the item after review.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
• Screen protectors
• Customized or personalized products (including items designed by or for the customer)
If such items arrive damaged or defective, we will replace them.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return qualifies under this policy and is approved, you may place a new order
separately.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
• You will be notified of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, as required by EU law.
This right does not apply to:
• Customized or personalized items
• Orders where the customer selected the incorrect size or model
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
